This body pack is certified organic by BDIH and contains green clay with cinnamon, pine, oregano, thyme, neroli oil, and more.

Apply about 0.5cm thick to the affected areas of the body and cover with kitchen paper or similar. After a few minutes, when your skin feels warm, remove the fango using a spatula or similar tool. Then wipe it off with a cool, damp sponge or remove it thoroughly with a cold shower.

想像以上！

ずっと気になっていた商品です。私は、かなり酷い肩こりです。お風呂で肩とお腹とお尻に塗りましたが肩が想像以上に熱く？なりました。ぬるめのお湯で流しましたが、肩は赤くなってました。少しずつ試すのがよいかもしれません。しばらくすると塗った箇所がカイロを貼った時のポカポカする感じが持続します。これからの寒くなる季節、冷え性にもよさそうです！また、リピします！
